Music

The Choir of Men and Women is the principal choir of St. James' Episcopal Church. Open to high school and older, it comprises 24 volunteer musicians in the parish who perform a wide variety of music each Sunday from September through June. They rehearse each Thursday evening from 7:30 to 9:00. Those interested in trying out for The Choir of Men and Women should contact Director Richard Morgan at the church. All inquiries are welcome.
The Hand Bell Choir performs music for two and three octaves of bells during the Prelude on the fourth Sunday of each month. (Ability to read music is necessary.) The Hand Bell Choir rehearses each Thursday evening from 6:30 to 7:15 during the months of September through June.

The Treble Choir is for boys and girls in grades 2-8. It is open to interested children in the community who need not be members of St. James' to participate. They rehearse each Tuesday from 5:30 to 6:15 and sing the service with The Choir of Men and Women on the first Sunday of each month.
